Vicki Landes, LCSW
Social Worker

Spanning 28 years, Vicki’s background in the field of health and human services has provided her experience with a wide variety of healing modalities.

Vicki has worked with the Senior population her entire career. Understanding the issues Seniors face, she is happy to provide support, advocacy, and resources whenever she is needed.

Vicki is both a social worker and hands-on healer.  She uses skills and experiences from both specialties in her work.  She received her Master’s degree in 1993 and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 1996. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, hospices, and integrative medical clinics.

Vicki takes a holistic approach to her work and believes that healing is best achieved when the mind, body, and spirit are supported.  Through the assessment process, she helps determine what is needed on all levels, formulates a care plan, and assists with its execution.

Currently, in her role as the Breast Care Coordinator for Kaiser Permanente in San Rafael, Vicki serves as a health navigator providing counseling, care coordination, resource linkage and advocacy for patients diagnosed with breast cancer. She follows them through the continuum of care from the time of diagnosis through survivorship.  She has also maintained a part-time private practice providing a form of hands-on healing called Jin Shin Jyutsu (a Japanese style of acupressure) and greatly enjoys the balance her private practice brings to her life.

Gina Fiorentino
Professional Organizer

Gina migrated to the Bay Area from Charlotte, North Carolina in 1990 and has been expressing her creativity through art and design since she was young.

Gina’s studies sparked a strong desire to serve others.  As she grew personally and professionally, she learned (through much trial and error) how to construct a sustainable situation for herself and lead a more fulfilling life.

Gina continues to deepen her passion for her profession by helping others find more manageability in their work and living spaces through the process of organizing and de-cluttering.  Most significantly, she recognizes varied approaches work for different people.  Her gentle style enables her to create a very personal and unique approach for each client with a focus on efficiency.

Gina has learned that you can experience life’s greatest reward by appreciating the beauty in simplicity.  When everything has a place, and everything is in its place, there is more time to spend living and enjoying life!

She is also very understanding and does not pass judgment based on the condition of your unorganized areas; she understands where people are coming from in this regard.
